Our Cinnamon Walnut cakes start with a layer of our super moist cake mix. Next we add a layer of cinnamon, sugar and walnuts. Next we pour the second layer of cake mix topped off with MORE cinnamon, sugar and walnuts. This is then baked to perfection which creates a wonderful caramelized topping!

All of our cakes start with these basic ingredients super moist cake mix, walnuts, sugar and cinnamon. Various additional flavors are then created from this base by adding chocolate chunks, fruits and berries.

The blueberry and raspberry cakes do not contain walnuts. This is a good alternative for individuals who suffer from allergies related to nuts.

FUNDRAISING, CATERING & LARGE EVENTS

Our Coffee Cakes offer a few options not available on Cheese Cake orders. In some cases we can ship via ground. Bay Breeze Bakery offers a 4 box of cakes which is great for catering or large events. This can be very cost effective especially in areas that can receive shipments via ground. We believe in supporting our community and are open to designing a fundraiser for groups interested in using our products. Contact us and we will be glad to assess your needs and offer some suggestions for meeting your fundraising or catering goals.
