Bay Breeze Bakery welcomes all inquiries from retail business interested in offering our products for sale in their establishments. Our cakes are produced in Berkeley, California and can be shipped via Fed Ex.

The cakes are produced, placed on cardboard cake circles, shrink wrapped with a protective collar and placed in a four pack box for shipping. Cakes must be ordered in multiples of four. Fed Ex permits us to tape two four packs together for an order of eight cakes. This is a very cost effective method of shipping larger orders. Shipping varies by location and due to fuel costs surcharges can apply.

Our 10" cakes weigh 3 pounds each and produce 10 to 12 generous servings. Most of our commercial accounts sell slices form $2.50 to $3.00 each.

Cakes can be easily frozen and thawed and still maintain their quality. They hold their moisture will and have a shelf life for up to one week when refrigerated.
